BELTON AND MANTHORPE ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING
Draft Minutes of meeting held at the School Room, Belton. Tuesday 13th May 2025 7.15PM.
1) Present: Cllr A, Charity, Cllrs - S Thompson, Rona Hallam, Jenna Ashford, S. Syddall, R. Mansel
2) Clerk C. Morgan. Lincs CC Cllr Paul Martin, SKDC Cllr Ian Stokes
3) Apologies – Cllr M. Simpson. Ian Cooper (NT)
4) Election of Chairman – S. Thompson proposed Adrian Charity as Chair, seconded by S Syddall and agreed by all present.
5) Declaration of Acceptance: All elected Councilors declared acceptance of their roles as elected Councilors.
6) Minutes of the last meeting held on 15th May 2024, had been circulated and it was unanimously agreed that they were a true and accurate record of proceedings. Proposed J Ashford, seconded Rona Hallam. RESOLVED Chair to sign.
7) Resolved - An investment of the previous £37,000 and the recently received £82.700 from the sale of Constable Field, is for purchase of land to extend the Burial Ground, this was approved by all present, these monies are in a savings account, and are to be ring fenced for this purpose.
